This tour is designed for travellers looking for an ideal
balance of culture, history and relaxation during their
visit to Myanmar. Your journey starts with two days of total
immersion in the country’s two biggest cities: dynamic
Yangon and cultural Mandalay. Mandalay also serves as the
perfect jumping-off point for tours of the ancient capital
cities of Inwa (AVA), Amarapura and Sagaing. From there, a
leisurely cruise down the Ayeyarwady River will take you to
Bagan, the biggest and brightest of all the former capitals.
You will have plenty of time to absorb the special ambience
of this collection of thousands of temples and pagodas
before travelling to the coast to indulge in some
well-earned relaxation in the shade of countless beachfront
palm trees.
